Super Full Moon in Scorpio at 7 degrees, 26/27th April 2021. Transformation and Enlightenment.

This Super Full Moon in Scorpio is currently at its closest to Earth and therefore extra potent and is also a once in a year very special lunation. For over two thousand years, it has been celebrated as marking the birth and enlightenment of the Buddha, said to be the first human to attain enlightenment and then teach the truths that show all Human Beings how to transcend suffering.

We too are being shaken in order to awaken, as the Full Moon is making a difficult aspect to the Saturn-Uranus square that is shaping the astrology and our lives throughout 2021. It is a chance for us to awaken and enlighten to the blind spots that have been self-sabotaging our ability to reach our highest potential.

The Taurus Sun in opposition to the Moon in Scorpio shines a light onto our emotional and subconscious mind. It will suddenly become apparent to us just where we feel there is a lack of, imbalance, and perhaps, more importantly, we will suddenly be able to see why.

It’s time to look deeper, shine a light into the shadows and transform one another with truth.

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious..”― C.G. Jung

Uranus conjunct Venus and Mercury in Taurus bring self-awareness and sudden realisations. We can access our deepest wisdom and connect with our true soul self. Helping us to dig deep for everything that is suppressed and toxic. Like a deep-down cleansing and detox of the psyche to become emotionally healthier and empowered.

Of all the Full Moons, the Scorpio Full Moon possesses the strongest potential for deep regeneration and renewal of mind, body and soul. Deeply transformational and empowering, we can connect within and access our inner power and strength.

It’s time to reclaim our power.

There is a gold mine within you from which you can extract everything you need in order to live life, gloriously, joyously, and abundantly.

You can bring into your life more power, more wealth, more health and more happiness through the transformative power of your subconscious, by learning to contact and release the hidden power of your subconscious mind.

The Saturn-Uranus square makes 2021 the year to reinvent yourself, to live your best life and live the life you have evolved for.

The tense energy gives great initiative and pushes us to take action and embrace change. A lack of taking action and resistance could result in feeling unsettled as well as irritability. What areas of your life have you put on hold for far too long?

We need to be adaptable and open-minded. Don’t get stuck into how it HAS to be and how it all WAS. Those things don’t apply anymore. We are karmically being asked to grow beyond our triggers and stuckness and to change our negative rhetoric to ourselves and any unwillingness to change.

Venus conjunct Uranus marks a time of radical self-love and reinvention. It’s time to break out of any toxic situation if you are unhappy or frustrated. Your efforts for innovative change will be rewarded.

What you once perhaps perceived to be your rock and gave you security, is being questioned and shaken so that you can step up and evolve beyond your limitations. Harnessing change is the most valuable tool available for creating the reality that you desire.

The Saturn square Uranus is relentlessly showing us the truth about ourselves and others. Helping us to leave the comfort zone of self-delusion. Helping us to disempower our fears and buried anger by facing them. Teaching us to be authentic, to take off the mask and to stand in our truth. As well as releasing all that is not authentic, healthy love.

Helping us to own our power, which ultimately rewards us with the gift of inner as well as emotional strength, resulting in true freedom that starts within.

The Sun and Venus in Taurus represent our security, values, wealth, abundance and mother nature. Uranus in the sign of Taurus is shaking up our once firmly held beliefs in these areas. True wealth is to be found in the well -being of our emotional, mental and physical state and our Planet Earth. Security is something that we should find within and not in materialism alone. We can channel these powerful energies to create greater wealth in our health, environment and finances while honouring the power of nature and Mother Earth.

We are the creators of our own perceived reality. We need to decide exactly what we want. It’s time for us to take full control of our destiny instead of being a creation of circumstance and fate.

The Taurus Sun/Scorpio Full Moon celebrates the Buddha’s birthday and enlightenment. Buddha means ‘one who is awake.’ It denotes a person who has attained supreme wisdom and compassion and the transcendence of desire and suffering.

See with the eyes of Buddha, full of love and compassion for all beings. Send your love and energy to those who are suffering. The Buddha reminds us that nothing is permanent and the attachment to permanence causes suffering. See the world in its constant state of change, falling apart and coming together over and over again, until you reach a place of peace with the impermanence of life.

The sign of the Scorpion encourages each of us to embrace the mysteries of death and rebirth and the overall impermanence of human life. Cycles of darkness eventually awaken us to the wisdom of enlightenment that results from going deep within. It is only then that we can evolve and grow beyond our limitations. Scorpio is about transformation and evolving to a higher state of consciousness.

Embracing this wisdom will help us to accept with greater ease the shakeups of the Saturn-Uranus square.

Everything is changeable, everything appears and disappears; there is no blissful peace until one passes beyond the agony of impermanence. – Buddha

The Scorpio Full Moon will help us to step into our power and embrace our new beginnings. We can access greater emotional strength, resilience and determination. Empowering us to take control over our lives and destiny.

We can feel a major shift as Pluto the ruler of the Moon turns retrograde on the same day of the Full Moon and the weight of release, as we leave any unnecessary karmic baggage behind us.

Sometimes you don’t realise the weight of something you’ve been carrying until you feel the weight of its release.

Taurus is an earth sign and can instil us with a sense of groundedness. It’s time to restore an inner sense of balance and harmony. Reconnect with inner peace and serenity and a renewed sense of purpose.

Let the Love and Peace that dwells within take center stage.

One’s state of inner peace affects personal health and well-being as well as the world outside. To counteract the tendencies that sabotage our health, we need to find ways to clear our minds and restore our spirit.

“Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without”.-Buddha

Taurus in her highest form can show us how to achieve a feeling of inner security and groundedness by learning to appreciate what we have and to be satisfied with “enough. To be in the present and find happiness in the simple things of life as opposed to the addictive high of drama that Scorpio often loses himself in. And to embrace the joy of simplicity in our lives.

Venus square Saturn asking us to look at commitment. It’s both an ending and a beginning, a time when Venus casts aside some of her carefree attitudes to make a commitment or let something go. Saturn is asking us to think long term. What do we want in a partner? What sort of standard do we want to set for all our relationships?

Saturn square Uranus is triggering in a very urgent and forceful way, an immediate emotional detox, everything toxic that has been suppressed for days, weeks, months and even years can suddenly surface.

So don’t be surprised if you find issues that you thought were long dealt with, suddenly bubble up to the surface. It could be softly nagging you to pay attention or could erupt uncontrollably like a volcano.

We will find that we have outgrown people, habits and patterns of behaviour that no longer serve our highest good. Only then are we able to move forward and expand our true creative potential and happiness.

It’s time to release and let go with love.

The Scorpio ruled theme of power will come up for review, are we feeling empowered or giving our power away?

To own our power and have true inner strength, that is unable to be manipulated or controlled by others, means to know your dark as well as the light side, to know and face your inner weaknesses and fears, these are all our inner Demons, that when known, we can then transmute them into a higher form, energy and strength.

We need to be courageous to be truthful with ourselves and others.

“Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth” -Buddha

Awareness is the key, speaking our truth, firmly, kindly, while setting healthy boundaries.

All of our experiences can become richer, deeper and fulfilling. The Full Moon in Scorpio instils in us a desire for truth, intimacy, and authenticity. Happiness will find a new meaning, one that is not based on shallow experiences that always stay on the surface.

All of our relationships will benefit from a desire for deeper and more meaningful experiences. Staying in the safe, shallow end will no longer feel so satisfying, as Scorpios depths, a water sign, are deep and boundless. Our fears of true intimacy will melt away, as the desire to merge into the other and life’s experiences, becomes greater than our fear.

People can only meet you as deeply as they have met themselves

Mercury conjoined to Uranus, helps us to discover our own unique specialness and dare to express it. The power of self-expression has the effect of helping to attract like-minded people into our lives and gives them the courage to do the same. Something magical happens when we do this and people with common goals and dreams come together. This is when we begin to change our world and the world of others for the better.

It’s time to get passionate about things that really matter to you. To do the things you love and that make you feel alive.

“As if you were on fire from within. The moon lives in the lining of your skin.”― Pablo Neruda

Scorpio is the sign that confronts us with our mortality and in many ways, the Taurus-Scorpio axis is the most spiritually transformative sign of the zodiac as Scorpio ultimately demands that we evolve and transform from within as this is the true meaning and purpose of life.

At the end of life, how far we have evolved and the love in our hearts is all that matters.

“In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of the things not meant for you.” – Buddhist saying.

A fixed sign, therefore resistant to change and personal evolution, Taurus finds peace by letting go and trusting in the transformative process of life that Scorpio teaches, and so find his way to enlightenment and inner peace. To Awaken to a new yearning for not just physical and materialistic nourishment but spiritual as well.

Any changes that we have been resisting out of fear or because we were putting others first, worrying what others may think while trying to fulfil their idea of how we should be, will no longer have power over us.

Scorpio is also the Shaman and alchemist, who can turn everything into love. For ultimately he knows that the strongest force in the universe is the power of love.

Scorpio is the most mysterious and perhaps powerful sign of the zodiac. We are taking a journey into the power path, the path of the Mystic and the Shaman, as we delve into the deeper mysteries of life.

Humanity is a dance between two halves of reality: the seen and unseen. The magical, mystery of life can’t be explained by logical thought and science alone. Sometimes, we must know nothing, so that everything can be known.

“There is a desire deep within the soul which drives man from the seen to the unseen, to philosophy and to the divine.” ― Kahlil Gibran.
