We must begin with self-love first, only then can we loose the self-sabotaging habits that stand between ourselves and love, such as fear of abandonment, fear we are not good enough and powerlessness that often result in self- defensive behaviour that in turn often results in turning our deep rooted fears into a self- fulfilling prophecy.

We can break through this painful circle by loving our selves so much more than any pain or fear we have ever felt.
